Leather, black on black.

Backup cam and sensors
19 inch y spokes

1 Accident reported which was due to somebody vandalizing the car with eggs (fully repaired by insurance company, Mercury).

Front right part of bumper has scratches from being hit by roadway debris (scratches).

CarMax offered 18,000. Is this what I should be expecting?

You can on average expect 2-3k under value from Carmax. Although its a straight cash value and they will cut you a check for it. Most of the time they are very honest in that they intend to give you the minimum and charge you the minimum. KBB.Com is a better reference for you than ask us here. For the record your car is worth mid 20's though. Perhaps private party only.
