    Will 20x10.5 rims w/ 255 35 20 tires work on 4 corners on our A6 c7

    Hello all

    Will 20x10.5 rims work for the REARS and FRONTS without rubbing issues?
    i will be using 255/35/20 tires.
    i will be at stock height with sport package.

    255's will be extremely stretched on a 10.5" wheel.

    It depends on the wheel. I have a friend on insta that has 20x10.5 et42 Vossen with 275-30 and they fit perfect.

    I looked at some 10.5" rims for my S6 and with the offset they would have hung out past the guards

    COuldn't get them in an offset that would fix that - I imagine you are more spoilt for choice there though

    Do not do this. You might get the wheel fit, but the wheel offset will have to be precise to the millimeter. A 255 tire, however, is WAY too stretched on a 10.5" rim. A 255 will sit best on an 8.5 to 9" rim. That said, if you are into that super stretched look, then the 255 should have enough stretch to clear the fender even under compression. Aesthetically, however, even if you like the super stretched look, you really need the car lowered to even remotely pull it off.

    Thanks for the replies guys. I am still green on this stuff but still learning :). Now i know. Only reason that i asked because, i found i good deal on 20x10.5 wheels. I Thanks again folks.
