    Killing Bosch MAF Sensors

Guest-only advertisement. Register or Log In now!
So my car has gone through roughly three Bosch (all genuine Bosch) MAF sensors in the last 4 months, with one extended period of winter hibernation. After it killed the first one the replacement lasted 3 or 4 weeks, the replacement for that sensor lasted much longer but as of today is no longer functional. It's not just a low signal either, 0.00g/sec per VCDS each time.

Drivetrain is completely stock, air filter is stock paper. I've pinned out the connector and everything is proper.

It's beginning to drive me a little crazy, so any suggestions are appreciated.

The plot thickens. This car was dealer serviced its entire life up until my ownership. Not impressed.
    Repair wires have been ordered.
