Help with part number of oil separator coolant...thing

    Hey everyone,

Pulled my intake manifold to take care of some things and when I did the silver coolant flange/port for the oil separator broke off at the o-ring. No idea how it happened since I pulled the thing straight out but I was wiggling it back and forth. Although, I only recently got the car so maybe it was already broken, who knows. Either way, does anyone know what the part number for this is and where I can find it? Thanks for the help!

I did the same thing about a week ago. Best price I could find was ECS Tuning. Looking for a used one came up empty.

    Part Numbers as requested:

    079133424E ; 079133426C

Two different part numbers same part. I ordered the one ending in an E and got one ending in a C. Lots of people said I could try to weld it and cut the groove in it but I just replaced it. Best of luck.

    Necro-bump activated!

I have a leak in the lower hose and this post was a big help to visualize what I'll be replacing.

This part (079133424E) is basically a water to air heater. Since the coolant heats much faster than the oil, this little block of metal with coolant running through it heats the crankcase ventilation vapor before shooting that vapor into (or getting sucked into) the intake manifold (to become wonderful carbon deposits).

Interestingly, some Ford engines did this as well. Although it looks like their replacement is 10 minutes :)
