A4 to S4 brakes

So I have the rotors fronts and rears, I know I need the front s4 carriers but do I need the s4 rear carriers too. I'm not sure if the a4 are the same size as the s4 or not. Getting tired of googling and not finding the answer. I know some of you here have done it so hopefully one of you can chime in. TIA.

The rear calipers are different more than just a carrier, you will need the entire rear caliper and carrier from an S4 to convert
