    Unexplained vibration

I have an 04 A4 1.8T manual and I have recently developed a vibration in the gas pedal starting around 35 mph and up. You can also hear it start at those speeds and is a dull wawawawa sound. Vibration can not be felt in the steering wheel, stick, or the brake and clutch pedals which makes me think it's not brakes or transmission. It does not make any more or less noise when going around a bend so I'm doubting it's a wheel bearing. It also continues to make the noise when at speed even when the clutch is pressed in so its not rpm specific. Since the noise/vibration started I have replaced both axles and put 4 new tires on so I know it's not that.

I know that one of the mounts has been leaking but wouldn't it cause the vibration all the time and not just at 35+ mph? I also just added a Frankenturbo which probably added a lot of stress to the mounts so maybe you're right. At this point I'm not too sure

I just replaced all the engine mounts and it did not help. I tried jacking up one side of the car and twisting the tire to test the wheel bearings. Bearings seem ok but there is some "slop" in the front end. Could that cause the vibration even though I'm not feeling it in the steering wheel?
