B8 Avant Exaust Tip replacement

I am looking to replace the OEM tips that came with my 2011 B8 S-Line Avant. The factory ones are a pain to keep clean.

Does anyone have any suggestions for a good stainless steel tip the will mirror the factory look?

Pictures along with the make and model numbers would be appreciated.
