Will a B8 S4 AWE Touring Exhaust with resonated downpipes fit a B8.5 S4???

yes will fit fine. The only difference is the tip size. They AWE increased the tip size for the B8.5's Im sure if you want it to look right you can buy the tips from AWE if you want. Or just install it and see how it looks.

AWE gave a bigger size for the 8.5 because the rear valance openings are bigger. You can only buy the tips if you were the original purchaser and I hear they are something like 3-4 hundred.

Yea if it's from a B8 you'll just get 90 mm tips. I almost got them on my b8.5 but honestly the bigger 102 (?) mm tips fill out the openings way better and look sweet

Yes, the B8.5 S4 can take both the 90mm or 102mm tip options from AWE so you are good to go!
