Just picked up a 2016 A4 with a manual transmission, stock clutch enough for stage 1?

Would like to hear from some people with the stock clutch on a stage 1 car. Is it enough or is an upgrade required?

Yes.Many tuners will include a list of "required" and "recommended"upgrade items depending on what stage you are, so depending on the tuner, be sure to check that out (they do change from one tuning company to another).

Stock clutch is completely fine for stage 1, and should be functional for stage 2 as well unless you're launching it all the time.
