Yep. And furthermore, why do they want to make their car look like another brand anyway? I do applaud Cadillac in that regard. They have their own unique styling, and they are not trying to be anyone else. If Chevy thinks that the Malibu is going to steal any Audi, BMW, Merc buyers, they are truly delusional. Chevy should stick to building Chevys and make no excuse for it. They do have the Corvette to compete with higher end sports cars. In fact, I don't even think people buying Camrys, Accords and Altimas will cross shop a Malibu. Basically the Malibu is competing against the Ford Fusion and Chrysler 200.

+1 Saying their car looks like other brands simply means what they have done so far sucks. It cracks me up all the time when I hear the commercial "This doesn't look like Buick" and think "So they knew that Buick design sucks and their only cure is to make it doesn't look like Buick then".
