Can't remove headlight, bracket connected to bottom of light

They are Depo lights. They came on the car when my brother purchased it. I'm trying to remove the light to install a HID kit onto it.

Top two T30 screws are removed. There are no other screws to remove, none behind the light fastening it.... just those.

The problem is there is this sort of bracket under the headlight with what looks like a screw securing it to the bottom of the light. I have no clue how to get in there to remove the light to install the kit.

Here. There are 2 bolts in the back which can be easy to miss. They just need to be loosened, not removed. Then the headlight will slide right out.

There were no bolts in the back to remove.. There was this bracket that was screwed into the bottom of the headlight. Looks like i'm missing the bracket that goes under the headlight (where the bolts in the back are supposed to connect to).
