Just like the title says, what's the furthest distance a dealer can pull another vehicle from?

Really anywhere but closer there is less profit loss on transport and most also trade a car back. So always look for the closest avaliable.

Yea I figured. I currently have an S6 on order, but it's not expected to arrive at the dealer toward the end of June, maybe even July. I return back overseas at the end of June and am afraid that the vehicle will arrive after I'm gone. I messaged the dealer about possibly pulling another vehicle from a dealership with my specs.

Are you going for a long time? If not, they should have not problem to hold the vehicle for you. You can ask them to put in the showroom as well if you are worried about your car may have to sit in the sun and rain for too long.

About three months, not sure if they'd hold the vehicle that long.

No harm to ask. I know that my dealership has covered parking that they offer to keep my car when I'm gone for oversea trip.

My two cents. Been in automotive sales for 5 years. Work at an Audi dealer. They can pull it from anywhere, but transport can be as high as $2000 depending on how far and how it is transported. Primary concern I would have... you don't know the exact condition of the car since it will not be a fresh unit. Oh, and the other dealer has to agree to trade it.

Thanks for the info. I'm hoping Audi has exaggerated the delivery and it will be in earlier than the end of June lol

Dealer sent me an email saying it's expected to depart Germany on 10 May and arrive in Houston on 2 June, and hopefully be to the dealer around 20 June. Keeping my fingers crossed for this or earlier!
