    2000 A4 B5 1.8T Quattro auto trans P1841 and p1850 PLEASE HELP!!

Ok I'll try to make a long story short here. I did a wack of upgrades to my car, big turbo, intake, fuel rail, FMIC blah blah blah anyways, I'm getting my stage 3 tune done by Dave at Motoza who by he way has been great through this all. I did the wideband conversion on my car and got an ecu from a 2001 VW Passat with the ecu model number 4B0 906 018 CM.
The Passat was a 4 motion auto all that. Now all the tuners I talked to assured me this ecu would work for my car with a few coding issues that it would have to be sent in for. So I sent it to Dave and got it back, engine starts great, sounds awesome but the transmission will not shift gears. I can go in reverse and drive but when I accelerate it feels like I'm stuck in 3rd gear and it will not shit, in triptonic mode or otherwise and I'm getting error code P1841 and p1850 when I scan my auto trans module in VCDS. I also checked all the coding between my old ecu and the upgraded one and it is all the same except for the engine code being changed due to having a wideband ecu now.. I'm wondering if it's caused by incompatibility with my instrument cluster maybe? As I did not change it with my ecu. Any help would be appreciated!

Ok, so I got another ecu from a 2001 Audi A4 part number
4B0 906 081 CH, immo defeat is done but I'm still pulling the same codes now, anyone had this problem? Trans works fine with my stock ecu installed.

Could it be due to my trans being a "bastard" EFQ model and not to more common FAL model?
