New RS7 Owner

I just picked up a 2016 Audi RS7 and I was hoping for some info and help around to mods you would suggest. Please let me know. Thank you

For me I would suggest:

Unitronic stage 2 with a UNIconnect+ and down pipe (allows you to tune your self)

Roc euro intake

Painted side markers

Nice wheels I like hre

For exhaust I would suggest the akropvik

Congrats on the new wheels! As far as mod paths go, it all really depends on what you're after. A tune is undoubtedly your best bang for the buck. Others on this forum like to lighten their wallets with "baller" exhausts and intakes, but there have been discussions lately that those modifications actually lose power. Hey if you want to be a baller you gotta pay the price right?

He believes he's more intelligent than anyone else, and gets annoyed when others buy things he can't afford. He calls them "ballers" to make himself feel better. Vol 4.0T is the Audizine resident troll, disliked by many, and disregarded by most. His statements above are also very misleading. One particular intake was shown to reduce power in a particular set of circumstances. Plenty of folks have been happy with intake and exhausts as mods to the RS7. Enjoy your new ride!!! ...Says the guy who dropped $8K on a baller "Akrapovic" catback only to have to hack it up now to go APR Stage II. APR themselves tested different intakes and catbacks on this platform with zero gains, or in some cases like with the AWE intake, saw a loss of power. This is information that the OP might want to have when considering modifications. Again, it all comes down to whether he wants to have more power and a faster car or a play the part of the sucker baller like you with the thinner wallet. He'll have to weigh the pros and cons of each.

Love my Akrapovic, the sound is intoxicating. Would be a shame to cut it, huh. May just buy another for funsies to keep in my living room. Maybe you can afford one some day? Would cost more than your car, no? With your superior intellect, it's only a matter of time.

My wife is telling me 30k for a commercial slide from our top deck to the pool is a waste of money... she says the smaller commercial slide we already have is enough. Probably right on that. My exhaust is another story. Life is good.

I found lowering links were the best bang the buck. But now I need spacers which are in route. People say great things about Eurocode sway bars. (Also in route). I haven't tuned the s6. My milltek is not overly satisfying. The door projector beam lights are awesome at 20 bucks a pair. There's a ton of vag com mods available and well documented.

My tips....

Don't listen to VOL, he's just a troll who's still saving money to move out of his mom's basement and is jealous of us "ballers".
Get some wheels, ones that will fill that big well better. I like HRE myself.
Lower it immediately. The beast rides as high as a Howitzer from the factory. There are a few ways to accomplish this.
Paint those corner reflectors to match the body color.
I'd get the APR stage 1 software. You can never have too much horsepower and for that matter money and pussy as well. (Maybe this is why VOL hates most of us as he likely has none of these items) then decide if full exhaust and Stage 2 is for you later. For me it was.

Not everything is done for power gains. Exhausts in general are a horrible return for gains.
I do cost/benefit analysis ALL DAY so I can afford to make some silly decisions with my personal hobbies (hobbies aren't profitable).
My smiles come from the exhaust, my kids ask why we don't get to listen to music in "daddy's car". You don't understand that?

Why do I need to change my ways and adjust my approach? I gave the guy advice on what he was asking, provided a link to substantiate my claim and then got slammed with off topic trolling and even some who foolishly tried to take the other side of what I was saying. I also find it a lot more cool and personally rewarding doing something like donating money to animal rescues and shelters so that dogs can be taken out of kill shelters and given great homes. To me, that's very cool.
