Diverter valve and spider hose question with pictures

Hi, i just bought ( haven't got it yet) 034 motorsport spider hose ,and kayser 710n diverter valves. My car has a stock tune with a turbo back exhaust, but I plan to go stage 2 in the near future. My car is currently running lean in bank 1 and bank 2 and really want to solve it. In picture one the right diverter valve is missing the rubber part that is circled and labeled 1 will i get that with the new diverter valve i bought or is that a different part. If so can someone link me that part. Now number 2 in that picture seems to be leaking, and I saw the clamp slipped off somehow so I put it back on. Now the rubber piece below it seems to be in fair condition is it worth replacing and is this the correct part https://store.034motorsport.com/bypa...cone-2-7t.html

Now in the second picture the part labeled 3 it seems to be leaking and it is loose is it suppose to be loose or does it need to be replaced if anyone knows the name of that part that would be helpful. The green circle is electrical tape trying to bandage the spider hose until my new one comes in.

    Any input is greatly appreciated.

#1 is just vacuum hose. Any auto parts store will have it.
#2 Yes those 034 hoses are the correct replacement.
#3 It's called the "pancake valve". It shouldn't be leaking or loose.
