SPRING MEET 2016

Bowie Baysox Stadium
4101 Crain Hwy, Bowie, MD 20716



APRIL 30th, 2016 - 8AM to 3PM

Last year we had over 50 guys show up, its was a lot of fun, and good times were had. Although this is Audizine, our club will include any and all of you guys, as we have an awesome car club collection. I would love to see our entire crew roll in, so don't be shy, its always a good time.

V - PRE MEET LOCATION - V

We will meet at Fedex Field right off of Arena Drive around 745am. This is where we hand out decals to those who want them, and then leave for the show at exactly 820am (Really, no exceptions)

Also I need to start taking payments to reserve club parking, they are holding spots but will not hold them forever. payment for the show is 5 dollars per car. Payment for food and drink is 12 dollars per person. Please send your payments as soon as possible so I get the spots reserved and food ordered. LOCAL PRE PRE MEET INFO

VIRGINIA

For Northern Virginia: We will have a pre-pre meet for Tysons Corner. It will be held at: 850 Balls Hill Rd, McLean, VA 22101

That is the Holy Trinity Church (no I have no affiliation to this church or are religious). It's just a good spot to meet because its right next to 495 exit to go North.

We will meet in the parking lot at 6:45 AM. We will roll out at 7:00 AM. It takes roughly 30 minutes to get to Fedex where the Pre-meet is for stickers and lining up to roll in boss mode.

Time: 6:45 AM, Depart 7:00AM to go to Premeet
Where: 850 Balls Hill Rd, McLean, VA 22101
Who: Anyone who wants a place to meet.

STICKERS AND DECAL INFO



Stickers will be offered in the colors shown above, as that's what I have for this year. As per normal, they are free of charge, and will be provided to those who requested them. The vinyl used is Avery and is used for wrapping cars, so it is paint safe. However I would highly recommend that you place the decals on your rear window glass, as its the easiest to cleanup. I will have Windex and other mounting supplies. Knowing most of you, you are going to clean the shit out of your cars and wax them, this is great so long as you don't wax the rear glass. IF you do, you will find it very hard to get the sticker to stick. That's about it for the stickers. PLEASE LET ME KNOW WHAT COLOR YOU WOULD LIKE FROM THE THREE CHOICES OFFERED ABOVE, as I will only be cutting decals for those who request them. Thanks!

It is getting warmer and nicer outside. Thus it is a good time to get out, meet the local members, make new friends, and enjoy the weather, people, and cars. This is a really good event from what I have heard. Never actually been to this event because I am always working.

What Jimmy said, Spring meet is a season opener of sorts, it serves as College park Tuning's annual event and is a food drive for local kitchens. Entry is prepaid for club parking, and is 5 dollars or two canned goods. Last year we raised over 7k for local food kitchens and outreach, as well as several thousand canned goods. Its a large event and all makes/ models are welcome.

The last time we had the cpt meet at Bowie stadium, the story was that we needed to use the vendors on site if we wanted hot food, or something like that. As for catering... I don't think anyone wants to be responsible for coordinating that lol. And last I checked, you don't have a lot of room to be hauling food for around 20-30 of us
