Will B6 s4 wheels on a b5 s4 with stoptechs 332mm brakes with no spacers?

I know with stock brakes and fresh pads, a 5mm or so spacer is needed to fit b6 s4 wheels. I'm trying to determine if I need spacers to run these wheels with my stoptech setup prior to picking them up. Any input would be appreciated.
