Paddle shifters retrofit? need advice from the pro ^^

Hello, i currently own a 2013 non s-line audi A5 and my steering wheels didn't come with paddle shifter. I want to buy a flat bottom steering wheel with paddle shifter on it. My question is how to install a flat bottom steering wheel with paddle shifter on. Is it just "plug and play" or you have to buy wiring and hardware for the paddle shifter to work? I been searching online and can't find any place that sell paddle shifter retrofit kit. Please help, thank you.

You have to get a wheel with the paddle shifters already on it. I did this on my A5. Install it and then make changes in VAGCOM and your good as gold.

You need to open 16-Steering electronics and Bit4

Yes just the wheel with the paddles as it just plugs right in. I did the installation myself as it was very easy.
