    First taste of autonation

Had my first really poor experience with new AutoNation Plano Audi. I know dealer exp. r kinda like tacos every has their favorites and is somewhat subjective.
Took my wife's 2013 rs5 n for 15,000 mile service it's under Audi Care. First she had bad bulb n front right headlights can happen no big thing. Took 3 weeks to get a service appt. while there did the 15k service. SA calls says needs front brake pads hmmmm told them no. Took it to another area Audi repair had them measure brake pad still measured @ 50% used. Took my rs5 n with 30k miles service tech says I have over 50% pad left!!! I knew and felt like Autonation was up selling me bull shit. From Boardwalk Audi to Autonation big let down it's like a Chrysler dealership now such a shame. Bmw has had their foibles in service side Audi of America can have little impact on a Goliath like Autonation so guess they r going that same direction. I like Audi cars a lot but without a dealer to back ya recipe for unhappiness . Ugggggg Audi Dallas sucks , Autonation Audi Plano sucks . Service wise certainly can't say the sales side is bad.

Hard to take this complaint serious with such poor grammar and text message shorthand.

I'll attempt to get to gist of OP

    Audi Dallas, IMO not good

    AutoNation Audi, IMO worse.

Boardwalk Audi, very busy Dealer but took care of customer after sale very well IMO.

My, primary hope in buying from a Dealer is good, honest service. Is the new alternative buy stock in AutoNation somewhere I think went from customer to shareholder dividend!
I'm sure that will b critiqued by grammar people fine go ahead. ( laughing) enjoy ur day

I bought mine from Audi Plano and had them perform 2 services. I don't know how they determine which customers to give a crap about but I'm definitely not on that list because they don't invite me to any events they have and they have no sense of urgency in actually working on my car despite getting an appointment. Took them two days to get the car back to me for a simple oil change. They parked it under a tree to get pooped on overnight. Probably didn't help that the sales guy I bought it from left. They do give me A7s as loaners though. I don't see the point in going back to them for anything else unless it's 100% under warranty and before Sewell opens up.

I believe Sewell will be opening an Audi in McKinney. Sewell has a great reputation and deservedly so. I had an Infiniti before and their service was excellent. In the future, I will be going to Sewell Audi or Blair Automotive which I just found out about.
