2010 Audi S4 Prestige 6 speed

I'm selling my beloved Audi S4 due to my newly acquired financial position (expecting our first born). This S4 has the prestige level trim, Audi's highest trim package, and offers the most "standard" and available options including adaptive cruise control, Audi side assist, navigation with rear camera and parking sensors, dual zone climate control, cold weather package, etc...
Maintenance records will show that all maintenance has been performed by Audi/Certified Audi Technicians at regular recommended Audi service intervals. I'm the third owner, and the car has a clean title, clean carfax history with no accidents and shows no signs of any previous accidents. I have babied this car since I purchased her in September 2014 and to my knowledge so did the previous owners as the car truly shows and drives extremely well for the mileage and age. This S4 has been fortunate enough to spend it's entire life in southern states free of salt/ice/snow and shows no signs of rust or corrosion. The paint is 9/10, as is the interior. There are some minor rock chips on the front and minimal wear to drivers seat. Oil changes have been done every 5k miles with Mobil 1 synthetic since my ownership. Garage kept and hand washed (NEVER through an automated car wash) since September 2014.
I have done some minor performance and aesthetic modifications that are completely reversable. All modifications were installed by GMP Performance by certified Audi technicians. All stock parts will be included in sale and are in good condition. Below you'll find my list of modifications.

Stoptech 380mm, 6 piston front brake kit (installed @ 72k miles)
APR Stage 2+ tune (installed @ 72k miles)
APR pulley (installed @ 72k miles)
CR-15 strut tower brace (installed @ 72k miles)
FK Silverline coilovers (stainless steel and will not rust - installed @ 61k miles)
USP motorsports intake (installed @ 61k miles)
Stainless steel axle back exhaust (installed @ 61k miles)
Aesthetic:
Refinished OEM 19" S4 wheels (peelers)
OEM black optics front grille (original grille included)
Vinyl wrapped all chrome trim
