Motul Gear oil! Whats the difference between these 2?

Its time to change my transmission fluid and was wondering what the difference is between these 2 Motul fluids? https://www.ecstuning.com/Audi-B7_RS...sion/ES261741/ and https://www.ecstuning.com/Audi-B7_RS...sion/ES261389/ Both seem to be very similar but one is $13 more. Its either between the Motul or just going with the OEM fluid. I live in Chicago so I'd like to not have a tough time shifting in the winter months.

I believe one is semi synthetic and the other is full synthetic ? I have motul 300 in mine and it shifts great but its kinda rough when the car is cold
