S6 C7 versus S6 C7.5 (facelift) specs

Sorry for asking but somehow i can't find much about the differences between the s6 C7 and the S6 C7 facelift, especially if something changed on the engine/trans specs. Might consider getting a used S6 avant (europe here) so would be handy to know if getting a facelift model is better or not worth it.
Any fallpits on the S6 in general to watch out for? Many S6's that can be imported from Germany at decent km's and decent prices...
*Are ceramic brakes really worth = do they really last longer. Several have them (not uncommon) but wouldn't want to replace a set once i own them (doing 10.000km a year here).

And if you are looking for cosmetic and tech changes, here are the ones I know of. Brand new MMI with a faster processer, 2 USB ports, maps that can now go in between your gauges, new headlights, taillights, alcantara on the inside door panels, Arras red interior option. Im sure I missed a few but.

Oh don't forget that chrome strip on the trunk lid for the non B&O cars. Very important.
