FYI, -QX is for a remanufactured part, an OE original will be -AC or similar. Also, the Bosch and Valeo alternators are interchangeable, and have the same specs (150A output)

Look for a salvage yard. I picked one up for $40.

I've seen a few partouts on craigslist around DC. You may be able to check some of those. Also car-part.com will search junkyards and you can buy a used one there. Or, find a local rebuilder.
