When I turn my headlight control knob to the "off" position I lose my dash backlighting. I do have the heads up display but I was wondering if there is some way to keep the backlighting on the dash(speedo, tach, etc.) when the headlight switch is off. Any ideas? When its dawn or dusk and there's plenty of light outside I don't want the headlights on, just the DRL's, so I sometimes turn the switch to the off position rather than leave it on "auto". I have thought about adjusting the light sensitivity in the VAG COM and once saw this discussed but cannot seem to pinpoint that specific thread where it was successful. I already have my light sensitivity turned to "late" in my MMI. Thanks for any help!
