First I've heard of a catastrophic failure on this platform like this... if it is 100% confirmed seized you will want to open a case with AoA - especially if the car was just recently being services at an Audi dealership.
Was the CEL flashing at you or just steady on?
Sorry to hear man - I hope it's not seized...
Indi shop has confirmed engine has as they tried starting it today with no luck and said that even trying to get it to start manually will be a three hour process. Scared of taking it to Audi because I know this bill is going to be astronomical.
To continue this whirlwind I've actually had a case open with Audi about my previous repair throwing me red flags and now I'm going to call them tomorrow with the updated news.
CEL was solid not flashing and never got a single warning light. Just the CEL.
