On a black a5? Looked everywhere, found nothing. Spoiler is not subtle but a black car hides and creates lines so well that I'm wondering if a black car pulls it off nicely

Appreciate the effort but....is that it? I was thinking of something more real world as opposed to an over processed marketing picture. And from different angles. No offense, but that picture doesn't provide me any idea of how it would actually look. It looks like a computer rendering. Thanks anyway.

Thanks. Gives me some idea. Appears to blend pretty well on a darker car. Thought they were only taped on, not molded, now I have something else to consider. I assume the fit is better molded.

Great question. I seem to recall Mops saying he could either source an authentic one or he could get a replica for 1/2 the cost of the authentic. Certainly don't want to speak for him so maybe he will chime in.

ive seen replicas of these on ebay as recent as today for good prices ive even seen carbon fiber ones.. have not been brave enough to chance it though. waiting for somebody else to buy it first.. if you get it op let me know how fitment is

No, because the A5 and S5 trunks are different. As far as I'm aware, Caractere never made one for the S5. I could be wrong though.

I bought one off ebay as well. Just had it painted to match. Was going to throw it on but it's like 0 degrees here so will wait a bit. Looked good when I got it tho

The Caractere one fits the A5 and S5. Both the Sprint S5 above, and the wootek A5 run it.

The replica I used to get was the exact same. I mean EXACT. Caractere stamp and all. That guy no longer responds. May have gotten busted?

Chanman, any side pics? Wooteks looks great on his car and blends in real well. I'm thinking u get the same affect on a darker car. My main concern is will it appear to stick up and shorten the car or does it flow with the curve of the trunk and extend to lengthen the car.
