2005 B6 S4 complete non running with spare motor (2 non running motors 1 car)

What's the condition of the spare engine?

non running. but complete from pan to throttle body with alternator, a/c, starter and power steering.
one head totally rebuilt and in good order
second head 1 broken valve (1 part of the valve head is missing, I need to pop the cylinder head off to confirm, but the cylinder wall looked okay via scope
stock clutch and flywheel
