B6 A4 Turbo Noise

My stock turbo started making a loud whistle/ dentist drill noise under boost about 15k miles ago and I’ve been finding more and more oil in my intercooler piping. (The turbo was sounding about the same as my b5 s4 before the stock k03 went out). So thinking it was blown, I replaced it with a new unit this weekend. Well I am still hearing the same noise. There is no noise at idle or when I rev in neutral, just under heavier load. The car is stock other than a 710N DV. Are there any possibilities that can be contributing to a noise as described above?

I have not, but will be checking right after work. Will report back tonight on how it checks out. Thanks.

So I tested my DV like described in the attachment above and it checked out just fine. Any other thoughts?
