Transmission/clutch clicking. Sounds like a Roller Coaster Chain

To give some background first. This all started about a week ago. I was cruising in 4th gear while driving normally and all of sudden I heard kind of a pop that sounded similar to when I ran over a random bolt in the road a few years back. I figured I had run something over with my tire since I just happened to be driving past some people doing work on the side of the road. After about 10 more minutes of driving I parked and ran some errands and when I came out and started driving again was when I noticed this issue.

At first it was just 1st gear that was making this noise that I've had a few people say sounds exactly like a roller coaster when the cart is getting pulled up a hill, you know the click-click-click as the chain is pulling it up? It follows the rpm's of the motor and will go away if I push the clutch in. I'm fairly certain I had a chipped tooth in first gear for about 3 years now so I'm not sure If that could of gotten worse? Over the past couple days the noise has become louder and will now make the same noise in neutral during idle albeit a little quieter, and if I hit the gas the noise will follow the rpm's. However once I push the clutch in, the noise will stop in neutral as well. Now the clicking noise is also noticeable in 2nd-4th gear, it only appears to happen about 3-4 times and right after I shift into gear. Almost like click...pause...click click...pause click...and doesn't seem to correlate to the rpm's and happens at random intervals in 2nd-4th.

I have a 5spd manual 2002 a4 quattro with 185k miles, the Southbend stage 2 clutch and single mass flywheel. I also have the stage 1+ motoza with supporting mods. So far with research I can't seem to find anything similar, however I believe it could be a few things: Bad throw out bearing, clutch has gone bad after a couple years, 1st gear has finally gotten worse and just getting worse by the day....

I'm really hoping I don't have to go out and find another transmission....any help at all is appreciated, I'm damn near fed up with this car and all the issues that have popped up this past year I'll try to get a video and upload it soon.

Might be the throw out bearing, I've had a similar problem in the past.
Of course once the trans was down the pressure plate and disk also got changed.

Here's a quick video of the issue. Going from idle to 3000rpm then coast to 2000rpm and then push in the clutch.
