Just got my Audi out of the mechanics shop to replace the cylinder head(because they messed up when replacing the timing belt....)

When I reach 2200+rpm the car shakes, alot.

I sent a txt message to a guy who works at the mechanics shop and he's told me to park the car and wait for a towing car to come get it(haven't had the time to call them yet)

Anyone know what this could be?

    It's a 07 B7 170hp quattro

Does it seem like it shakes at idle and it worsens as you rev it up? Mine did that when I lost a coil pack. Shook like a mofo.

Doesn't shake at all when idle, haven't really tried to rev it up when idling either. It's crazy vibrating when I reach 2000-3000rpm

Is it flashing or just a solid engine light? It's so hard for anyone here to diagnose this. Could be plugs, coilpacks..... busted cam follower or pump.

I say if its not a flashing check engine, go drive it to the closest mechanic with a scan tool.
