WIFI Hotspot enabled in Canadian S3??

I was wondering the other day when I checked the available WIFI networks and realized that my car has the hotspot enabled.

However in Canada the Audi Connect option was never available.

Does anyone know how to turn that off (short of going to the dealer) or how to get access to the system?

I noticed the same thing when I got my a3 back after the 30000 km service. An answer would be appreciated

Yep, its a Technik. Car goes in for scheduled maintenance April 12th and I will have them take a look into it. Will report back.
