Hello, I am currently on a built 1.8 gt3076 and i'm kinda going up in power in stages as my budget allows me to. The goal is the be on e85 and the pump that was suggested to me was 034 motorspots 044 fuel pump capable of 700hp. Reading the info below it states that it is not compatible with my car (b6 a4 quattro) I guess my friend suggested the wrong pump but did inform me the 040 fuel pump (noted to work in our cars at 034) is rated at 500 hp would run out of fuel on e85 with 1000cc injectors during high boost. Do you guys have any suggestions to what pump i should use. Here is the link to the 044 pump i am referring to. Appreciate any info left thanks.

Is that compatible with our baskets to drop in? It's listed as a universal pump.

Buy the 034 billet adapter for the 39mm pumps. Buy a walbro 450 e85 pump. Drop it in.

I'm currently running one myself. https://store.034motorsport.com/bill...ve-walbro.html

if you're quattro, that pump wont work, its too tall for our tanks.

I run a Deatschwerks DW65V pump, although it isnt a direct fit into the basket, its easy to make it fit.
you need the 034 billet adapter and one of these rings which fits perfectly between the pump and billet adapter.

put a clamp on the top and bottom of the bearing/shim and it wont slide on the pump. Only custom part to it is making a filter for the bottom of the pump. What i did was take the OEM filter and just cut enough mesh to clamp onto the bottom of it.

works great so far but it is a bit more pricey than the walbro.

I run an Aeromotive 340 kit that Wet0willy01 used to sell, much quieter than the Bosch 040/005 pumps I had before it.

Kinda gonna bump this thread... cause I'm looking to run a walbro 450.. I saw on the E85 return fuel thread that he just ran sleeves around the pump and it fit in place of the stock one.. But where to get the sleeves?

Anyone have pics using the 034 adapter? how that works with the wally 450?
