    crankcase negative(vacuum) breathing

This is my story, I hope somebody will help me and sorry for my english, I’m spanish(Puertorican).
I take my Audi S4 B6 to the shop for maintenance(A/C compressor, dryer filter, motor mounts, water pump, coolant receiver, accessory belt, tensioner, belt pulley and the front crankshaft seal) but after that, my engine crankcase started to vacuum the oil cap and the dipstick is hard to take out but here is where the hard part starts. Three weeks before that,I changed the PCV valve, but it did not make the vacuum before (only after I changed the parts). I supposed the PCV valve maybe was bad, so I bought another PCV valve again and it still has the problem. Does somebody know what is the problem?

i don't think it's unusual for the engine to run roughly with the oil cap off or dipstick out; my engine does this, too. the engine's vacuum system relies on it being a closed system, and it gets annoyed when there's a leak.

I think the hoses get clogged. I change my oil(motul specific) every 5 moths but the gases and coolant vapors clog the hoses
