E85 Requirements for 2.0T Fuel System.

E85 is fairly common around here, and I have started brainstorming some ideas on how to get about this myself. I was wondering what parts of the fuel system aren't really compatible with the b7 fuel system, and would have to be modified. If anyone has already gone this route, I'd be enlightened to hear any suggestions as to what is not compatible with this fuel.

I'm currently halfway on gaining some funds for Maestro, surge tank, dual 044 fuel pumps, AN lines, and a custom manifold for extra 4 injectors off a piggyback ecu as the stock / s3 injectors are not capable of flowing enough e85.

I'm looking to run a straight e85 system.

Then there is the question of a larger throttle body and with a metal plate.

There are a few people here that are running it. Look at their builds thread and see what they did. I think seal66 is doing e85.
What ever makes sense go with the opposite and you got it

I don't remember who is running it, I just remember he lives in Colorado. The must have parts I think are a rs4 controller and an upgraded hpfp. That is for running just e85. I haven't been on a while so I don't remember the exact details.

    Hi,

Yes I run full e85 here in colorado. My fueling upgrades were already in place before i decided to swap to a full UM e85 tune.

    My fueling upgrades are
    HPFP stage 2 pump-hpfpupgrade
    TTRS low side pump
    Hpfp 155 prv
    UM E85 fuel sniffer
    Stock fuel controller
And thats it. I run this setup on a s3 K04 with s3 injectors. At this time I run out of injector before I run out of turbo.

Have had talks about doing another inline pump and maybe a return system. The low side hasnt giving me any issues at all. The high side keeps up but the injectors cant feed enough fuel.

If you have any questions you can shoot me a pm.
