Looking at installing these wheels with a 235/35/19 tire. I am lowered, but not slammed. Any experience? They are factory S5 wheels like these... http://www.ebay.com/itm/AUDI-S5-A5-1...VWavEH&vxp=mtr

They will fit somewhat less than ideal. The fronts will extend past the fender by 2 or 3 mm - not good for safety, the fender or looks. Go with 8.5" et 38 max for the fronts. Backs are more forgiving. Tire size is exactly correct for 19 x 8.5". Make sure to use 42psi front, 38psi rear. Compare your current wheel fitment with your plans using this:

I'm running 245/35/19s on a 19x8.5 ET 35 and they fit fine without bulging out or anything. I've also run a set of S5 reps fine too (19x8.5 but forget the offset).

Concavitor is right on the PSI. I guess my question is how bad are the roads in Bucks County? Because in MD they are GARBAGE. So keep that in mind too, or else you'll be paying a lot to straighten wheels.

Roads are so-so. I run that pressure already. I just don't want rubbing on fenders.

Are you sure about the et? I thought they would be poking a little in the front
