My doors lock when I turn the key and unlock when I take the key out. Is that what yours does or is it just random?

Completely random. As soon as I hook the battery up it will just lock and unlock over and over

And I thought my passenger door not always opening from the inside inless the whole car was unlocked was bad. I'd say it has something to do with a control module/computer freaking out. Or bad wiring somewhere.

My central lock pump in the trunk got water in it because the drain was clogged. It shorted out and unlocked and locked just like you're descrining. Check your lock module for water.

Where in the trunk is the pump and the drain located?

Rear passenger side quarter panel behind the felt covered side panel. Be careful of the metal grommets. The plastic tends to break when you pull on the panel.

Is there a way to disable the lock module without unhooking the battery?

Wouldn't happen to know which one of those wires it is specifically because if I leave the top unplugged the car starts but the power windows don't work. So I wanna cut the wires dealing with the power locks

You need the CLP (central locking pump) to operate the windows as all the locks/windows work off of an air system. If you unplug it, you have to live without windows

Got ya. Is there a fuse or relay that is specific to the power locks? That way I could unplug the fuse and just plug the clp back in?

You have to look under the fuse panel cover as I don't know what fuse it is.

Even if you take the fuse out, your Windows still wouldn't work because there'd be no power going to the CLP

So if I plug the pump back in and take out the fuse concerning the power locks I still get now power?

Yes because they're not electric locks. Everything works off air which the CLP provides to the entire system. If the CLP is not working, you can't use locks or windows

Understood okay I learned something new. So the clp was wet due to the trunk leaking if it dries up will it be okay or does it need to be replaced now?
