Does anyone local have a motorcycle lift they are looking to sell or loan, needs to be able to lift a 800lb bike. If loaning I would need it for 1-2 months.

Project is an engine rebuild after a couple of bolts in the air cleaner backed themselves out and went into the engine. Engine is currently a 96" and will be a 107" after

    An HD Street Bob.

Average power for that bike at 107" is around 135whp and 140wtq so it should move. Id make a build thread lol but it isn't Audi or car related lol

I did and found one for $100, but don't know the quality of it. Hard to find any reviews or decent youtube videos of the one I found. I need it to be stable because I am going to be breaking down the engine on it etc. and it will be up on the lift for a while.

Nice project. I have a Dyna Fat Bob thats currently dead in the water after I ran into a roadblock trying to relocate my signal lights.
If you have access to Ft Belvoir, they have a motorcycle lift at the auto hobby shop

going by the reviews on the 1000lb capacity lifts there are more than not on the positive. but it is harbor freight.....roll of the dice like most of there stuff I guess.

another route could be just using stands??
