    PCV help

    Hey all,
So I think my PCV may be causing a vacuum leak/rough idle. When in park, car goes "chug chug chug chug" (only way I can describe it haha). Also, when I shut my car off, the PCV continues to make a whirring/running noise for about 5-10 seconds before going quiet. Not sure if that's normal or not. I have also read the whole trouble shoot involving taking the oil cap off. Mine has suction on the cap. To that point, I read that either a) thats good, or b) thats bad.
Something else I noticed is that the rearmost hose attached to the PCV seems to be whistling at the connection. Tried to use my finger to see if it was blowing air or sucking air, but I couldn't feel anything. Covering it though kind of muffled the sound.
It's a 2005.5 B7 2.0t. I did replace it at 88k miles. Now at 104k. Wondering if I need to find the updated one. Or if recently putting in a new exhaust killed the one I had.
Any ideas on what it could be? Failing PCV? Bad connection at the hose?
    Thanks!

Replace the breather hose. It shouldn't fail in 20k miles
