B5 1.8T (DBC) P1505 code - throttle body did not fix

Hey guys, so lately my B5's has been throwing code P1505 (closed throttle pos. does not close/open circ) and after a new throttle body installed, it hasn't fix the it. It's an aftermarket throttle body btw, and the computer adjusted successfully to it after a couple of failed attempts and some driving. Was going to put a OEM one in since the throttle body was reporting partial throttle while it was idling for example, but the check engine light went off all on its own! Damn thing finally adapted

But in all of that the original code still comes up and the CEL with likely come back anytime now, so what else could it be?

    Thanks.

Welp since no one replied, am going to have the OEM one put in. Otherwise its in the wiring harness or something, the cars not seeing it. If so its going to a pain in the ass track down. Good thing earlier B5's are simpler.
