    Injen intake- broken vibramount

Installed the Injen, very satisfied except the rubber vibramount sheared off during install- I didn't even over tighten it. I asked them to send me a new one, otherwise I can just buy one, seems like a fairly common occurrence, they sell them separately. Question is- think it's okay to drive around with the bracket unsecured to the broken mount, or put the stocker back in until the new mount comes? Easy enough, takes about 15 minutes.

Put the stocker back in. It's a no-brainer.

You don't want unfiltered air going through your SC, it has such tight clearances. Put the stock box back on.

For sure don't want unfiltered air, etc. the mount is an external stabilizer type piece, it's ancillary to some degree, but I did just go ahead and put the stocker back in and will wait for the replacement
