Mounting rs4 front bumper to narrow body

I'm trying to mount my rs4 front bumper to my s4. I bought it from a guy that already had it shaped for his narrow body. With everything lined up the bumper shock mounting holes don't line up with the holes in the bumper to put the bolt through. I would need to push the bumper in another 1/2". Doing that would push everything off. The guy I bought the bumper from did send me the rs4 bumper shocks. I noticed that the driver side rs4 one is 3/8" longer than the stock s4 one. But the passenger side ones seem to be the same. And they aren't compressed either. Am I missing something?

If everything is lined up good, you could either drill new holes or space out the bumper shocks. I have no experience with the rs4 bumper though. Maybe the rs4 has a different bumper shock?
