    2003 a6 3.0 has the p0030. Ran a vag com on it for my friend. Open circuit, b1 s1. Replaced sensor and still coming up with the code. Any guidance would be appreciated.

    Did you check for continuity between that plug and the appropriate ecu pins? That way you will know if your short is in the lambda sensor itself or in the harness.

    I always forget which side is b1 vs b2 so:

    Drivers side front O2: pin 51 (green) and pin 70 (yellow)
    Passenger side front O2: pin 12 (violet) and pin 13 (red)
    Previous vehicles: 2012 TTS Roadster - 2017 Golf R - 2002 S6 Avant - 2013 S4 - 2008 Subaru STi - 2007 Mazdaspeed3
