Anyone use Schroth Racing belts in their car? Need Help!

Looking to get a Schroth belt put into a 2014 A4 but cant seem to verify the proper model that will fit on the website. Anyone use them and if so what belt did you buy and were there any complications to install?

Lol...asking on behalf of a buddy with an A4 who tracks his car regularly. Guessing you've never tracked your car before? You should try it....a lot of the guys use the schroth belts as the generic belts in the current cars don't exactly hold you on place when cornering at 60 mph...

If you really need to ask the original question and not just tell this "friend" of yours, no. You're obviously not very experienced with this whole mod your car thing because an A4 or even S4 would never need this belt unless it's got some real HP and shelled out for racing. Other than that and you guys want to turn the car into a ricer, go for it. If you haven't seen my build, I have hit the track, a real track.

The best time you'll ever have on any track! I lived in Tier for a few years and loved it, plus the track was just down the road, sort of.

Project Gotham was great training for the actual ring. Unfortunately I was in a diesel Mercedes with my three buddies weighing the car down. Still an unreal experience.

If you are talking about a 4 point to use with factory seats, don't get them. They are really only good for show and can be more dangerous than factory belts. If you are talking about an aftermarket seat and harness with anti-submarine belt and roll bar to tie to, that is a very different story. I've used both cam lock type and latch. Cam is a lot easier to get in and out of quickly.

schroth makes a quick fit harness for BMW. I wouldn't be surprised if they made something for the a4/s4, but the. again the market may not be there.
it's pretty easy to find applications. is your "friend" an interwebz idiot that he can't just look it up?

Actually took a call to Schroth as their website is not accurate. Turns out they stopped manufacturing belts for VW / Audi's after 2006. Said product safety testing costs to much etc. or something to that effect.

Im not really sure who is serious in here or not. But I own a pair of the Schroth quick fits for my 2011 a4. You bolt in a few little buckles and leave them in there and then the harnesses will pop in and out at your convenience. I am currently on an airplane and do not have any pictures of them installed right now. But they exist, and they do work.

I have a steering wheel and pedal extender. I sit in the back middle seat and and criss cross the seatbelts. Holds me in great!
