RNSE Navigation DVD wont eject even with using VCDS

Hi, any ideas as to why it wont eject? I have retrofit the RNSE everything works, i just want to updated the maps. i have gone into VCDS and tried under channel 37 & 56 then 67 and saved 000 nothing hapens not even 001 works. I have trying tried saving 255 and then switching it back with no success. The screen just keeps going back up.

Isn't this the dealer setting? Are the settings you are trying to change trying to remove the dealer lock?

000 is for it to function normally which is my understanding. The 255 is the dealer setting which prevents you from ejecting the CD. i tried saving and testing all sorts of combos in-order to try for the screen to stay down and eject the CD. The only way i can get the screen to stay down is to hold it down and then its stays down, nothing happens when i hit the eject button or with the VCDS.
