Is that because you found out that the airbag will not work on a B6? So you then thought "Hey let me sell this to another B6 guy in the hopes he doesn't know it wont work". Classy, real classy.....

Nope not at all, and I have seen several people run a B7 steering wheel with airbag in their B6's.

I have done it before on an Accord as well as an Acura TL when running a dual stage RSX airbag and dual stage 3rd gen TL airbag, respectively.

Nice try though. Anything else you want to add?

They DO NOT WORK on a B6. There are confirmed accidents without deployment.

And there have been confirmed accidents with deployment.

Hmmm.... I even saw on one thread where you stated you know from personal experience that they dont work but I have not seen a single thread where you actually posted your experience of installing one. Just jumping on the bandwagon of "no they dont work"

Sure, a stage 1 airbag would work flawlessly with a stage 1 system and a stage 2 would work flawlessly with a stage 2 system. That much is a given, but there are not actual studies done on this and it is purely "your" word against "mine"

So, with that being said, YOU can choose not to buy it. You can even choose to protest against my sale thread. It doesnt bother me one bit. Just dont act like you have the "facts" when there are none at this time to be had.

There has NEVER been a working deployment. My personal experience is making the same mistake buying a dual stage system. It didn't work, so I sold it to a guy with a original dual stage vehicle, and installed a functional A1 single stage swap. I refused to sell it to anyone in the B6 section.

    How didnt it work?

There are threads, yes multiple, of users installing a B7 dual stage airbag in their B6 single stage car without issue.

Here is one worth reading for you. Read it ALL.

Did you crash and your airbag not deploy? Did your passenger airbag deploy and yours didnt? What was the speed of your crash, did you wire it up properly. Tons of questions to be asked. Let's hear your answers.

Yes physically you can install it and there is no doubt about that, but no wiring configuration will work to make the airbag deploy.

You just proved my point. It didn't go off! Did you even read the rest of the thread? 2 more with NO airbags going off.
