    What makes this stage II other than the 7-1 settings? is it actually programmed differently than a "normal" chipwerke?

    Regular chip works has a different program, chipwerks pro is different.

    The CW91 map is a different map loaded on the unit for use with the pulley.

    You could try a less aggressive setting and it would probably work, but I did not run this map without the pulley, nor has anyone else to my knowledge, so I can't say for certain. If you weren't happy with the results you could always send the unit back to Murat to have the OG map loaded back up.
