    Silicone Key Fob Cover

If you're clumsy like me, dropping your key fob is a constant source of frustration. The biggest frustration is when the case gets banged up and nicked.
So I took a chance and ordered two (for both my fobs) silicone cases that are listed on Ebay.
    Cheap (a few $'s)
I have to say, they fit perfectly, allow the buttons to work, and the bright colors allow me to spot the keys a little easier to these old decrepit eyes of mine! LOL!

Silicon is awful. Hard to get in and out of pockets and picks up every little particle of dirt that it can.

The stuff the use for soft phone cases (PU?) is a lot better - still absorbs impact but won't grip to everything and pick up all the gunk

I know that some silicone cases are a PITA but believe it or not these are smooth and "non-sticky" if you can use that term.
I just bought the pair because it was so cheap and just wanted to share my positive experience.

I have one of the hard plastic key shells from ECS It did require some trimming(w/a file) to allow the flip-out key to function smoothly, but otherwise fits over the key very tightly. So tightly, in fact, that it was a bit of a chore to remove it to change my key battery.
