Introducing myself and seeking assistance with coilovers

First off, I would like to introduce myself since I don't post much at all I just read. My name is Bo and I have a 2011 A4 quatro which is currently at 61,000. My previous car that I have had since 2005 was an 04 350z. I live in Northwest Indiana which is half an hour away from downtown Chicago and the A4is my daily. This car will not be a money pit like my Z was I planned on doing minor stuff. I had ordered the Solo Werks Coilovers and they arrived on 3 days later. The car got dropped off Thursday at a shop in the Chicago suburbs but they were unable to help me with the install. I did do some research on here and I guess I am not the only one who had problems when it came to this. I don't have much knowledge when it comes to Audis so bare with me. The shop told me that my control arm pinch is locked in and would not come out. He was unable to remove the control arm even after trying to get it heated up. Also my hub bolt that would have to come off also would not because it was pretty rusted on there (pic included). I honestly am not familiar with any of the shops in the Chicagoland area that do work on Audis so I am hoping someone on here can point me in the right direction. I am really eager to get these on because my car feels like a monster truck. I don't plan on slamming it or anything like that since it is my daily but I would like to be a little bit lower than stock S4 height. Does anyone have any shop recommendations or if anyone did theirs and would be willing to help me with mine I would pay for your time. Thanks in advance

Previous car. I actually planned on keeping the Z as a weekend car but decided to sell it since I got offered a decent amount for it.

Onto the Audi. Day one when I picked it up. .

I didn't plan on buying anything for it but that's just impossible. Car has a carbon fiber lip, RS4 grille/matching fog light grille, LEDS everywhere, VMR wheels, and I ended up wrapping the silver interior trim pieces with carbon fiber vinyl. Coilovers are in a box sitting in the trunk until I figure out where to go with those

This is my hub bolt that the mechanic said would have to come off if they wanted to continue but it was too rusty for them to remove.

U can use a spredder to open the upper control arms pinch bolt slot open. Some PB blaster or the like and some persuasion with a hammer and they should come right out. As for the axle nut you dont need to undo it to install coilovers?

    Review this: http://bd8ba3c866c8cbc330ab-7b26c6f3...llation_r1.pdf

You don't have to remove the hub bolt. Take your car to somewhere that knows how to work on Audi's.

Sounds like a shop that doesn't know there stuff. Have look here and see how the bolts are held in so you get an idea

Yeah it flows. It's going to look really nice when I lower it a little bit.
