    Repnaudi A6 Prestige build thread

Guest-only advertisement. Register or Log In now!
Hey guys I figured I'd start a build thread to keep a lot of things in one spot. Big changes coming within the next couple weeks and months as well as custom work. Rs6 aftermarket grill will be painted and attached. Air suspension ordered and on its way to be delivered and wheels ordered and being built. I plan on making a custom front lip and side diffusers and maybe even a rear diffuser. A bunch of small cosmetic changes coming as well. So anyone interested in coming along for the ride stay tuned because it's going to be a good one. I'll post a couple pics but she's pretty much stock right now just bought her in November.

Not sure about the bumper yet. I may want to switch it out for winter each year. Haven't made up my mind yet but I definitely want to build a lip for it so I'll need it for now anyway.

The OEM bumper is polypropylene, so it will be interesting to see how fibreglass stands up to daily use, as it's much more rigid, therefore unforgiving.

You have ACC on the original car, transferring that to a non OEM bumper is going to be a b1tch, and cost you big time for dealer alignment, or are you going to ditch ACC and code it out?

Others that have switched didn't need the acc re-aligned I'm hoping the same is true for me

Looks good, and I dont know why people say you have to realign your ACC at the dealer each time you take your bumper off. I have taken off my bumper several times and have removed the acc and put them back in and they still work the same.
