Paint of powdercoat Rear Bumper Valance Diffuser

Does anyone know what the S3 rear valance panel is made out of? I'd like to make it black to match my black optics package. If its plastic I assume it cant be powder coated it and in that case it would have to be painted. I dont want to spray dip it as I am concern about heat from the exhaust and durability.
How easy is it to remove from the bumper?

its obviously a plastic valance.. spray on plastic dip has really high temp resist. some have even used it on their exhaust tips. but according to other forums I wouldn't recommend that if you track the car.

PlastiDip would be a great option that can easily be reversed if you don't like the end result.

Have you been able to find a "how-to" for removing the rear bumper? Curious as I'd like to pop mine off.
